Hearing aid with an earmold

The earmold

Make sure that your earmold is clean and free of ear-
wax and moisture. If the vent is plugged, clear it with a
wax removing tool.

Contact your hearing care professional for specific in-
structions regarding the care of your earmold.

Never

use alcohol or other cleaning solutions to clean

the earmold.

Changing the earmold tubing

If your earhook or tubing becomes slack, stiff, yellow or
cracked; or, if the earmold no longer fits your ear, con-
tact your hearing care professional.
