Please note:

• 

It is important to wipe the ear-set thoroughly with a 
soft cloth and keep it clean of wax, etc. Otherwise, 
the ear-tip may come off.

• 

Replace the ear-set if one of the ear-set elements be-
comes slack, stiff, yellow or cracked. For further sup-
plies of new ear-sets, consult your hearing care pro-
fessional.

• 

Replace the ear-tip if it no longer fits your ear, for ex-
ample if your ear canal size has changed or the ear-
tip becomes broken.
