1.- WEIGHING
- Press on scale with your foot, all data are displayed.
- Wait until 0.0 kg displays before standing on scale.
- Stand on scale. A dotted line flashes and then your weight is displayed.
- Scale turns off automatically after 10 seconds.
2.- PROGRAMMING OF PERSONAL DATA
To make body analysis ( body fat, bone mass …) and to make evaluation of these values in display it is essential to :
- Stand on scale with bare feet ( if you stand on with socks, scale will display only your weight not other values.
- Put your feet in contact with all the metal electrodes on both sides of the scale ( grey bands).
- Press SET touch. User number flashes.
- Choose your user number by pressing < or > touches.
- Press SET touch to confirm.
- Select your gender and mode by pressing < or > touches.
1.Female. 2. Male. 3. Female Athlete. 4. Male athlete.
Athlete mode : for people who exercises regularly for 10 hours per week.
- Press SET touch to confirm.
- Select your age by pressing < or > touches.
- Default age is 30.
- Press SET touch to confirm.
