1. Remove thegrates.
2. Remove the cap, the burner and wash with soapy water and a sponge.
Rinse deeply and dry.
3. Cleanthegaslineopeningwithawetcloth.
4. When the burners are dry, replace each one along with the burner cap. Make sure the
burners are aligned with the alignment tabs (as shown on the image on the right).
5. If the gas flow is obstructed by food spills, food residues or cleaning product residues, then
follow these recommendations:
i) Remove the grates and burners from the cooktop.
ii) Insert a twistie (wire to close bread bags), remove the plastic covering the twistie or if you
prefer use a safety pin or needle. DON’T USE A TOOTHPICK.
6. If the burner needs regulation, contact a qualified repair technician.
7. Replace the burner grates on the cooktop.
8. Turn on the burner. If the burner doesn’t turn on, don’t try to fix the burner by yourself.
