Replacement of User

Check for UI discrete
cable connection i.e.
Loose Connection
• Lid Switch
•
Lid Switch Circuit
• Open & Close the LID
•
While Opening ‘ Lid
Opn ‘ Should be
indicated with all LEDs
in OFF, Error buzzer tone
& at Close, it should
proceed to next phase.
• ‘Lid Opn’ before
opening the lid
• No Error detection
even after opening
the Lid
• Ensure that Lid bottom
hinge is activating the
Lid Switch
•
Check for Lid Switch &
Its connection with PCB
& Replace it.
•
PCB Check
•
All the Loads will be
turned ON once with
LEDs turned On in
Sequence
•
Key Lock LED
glows with Buzzer
tone
•
‘PE’ in display &
Buzzer tone
•
Replacement of PCB
