5.3.2
DFS Status LED
When the temperature in the DFS360 / DFS360D is too high, DFS
Status LED turns red. When the temperature in the DFS360 /
DFS360D drops to normal temperature, DFS Status LED turns back
to green.
5.3.3
Fan Behavior
When the temperature in the DFS360 / DFS360D is too high, the fan
in the DFS360 / DFS360D will start operating. When the temperature
in the DFS360 / DFS360D drops to normal temperature, the fan
stops.
Note:
When the DFS360 / DFS360D is turned on, the fan will start working
for a short while of time (power-on self-test).
5.3.4
Over Heat Protection
When the temperature in the DFS360 / DFS360D is too high, the self-
protection will automatically start working.
Note:
The DFS360D has additional hardware over heat protection
mechanism, which can more effectively prevent device damage.
5.4
Optional Software Development Kit (SDK)
WhaleTeq provides the software development kit (SDK) for DFS360 /
DFS360D. All test parameters correspond to specific SDK commands
and DLL (Dynamic-link library) shared library can be used for efficient
program binding. Support C/C++, C#, third-party tools, and script
language integration.
