Place the box between the conveyor belts under the center ski with the minor flaps folded. Use the side
mounted hand crank to wind in the drive belts until they lightly contact the case sides. Remove the box
through the infeed and wind the belts in by a further one half turn of the hand crank. This adjustment also
automatically moves the
Snap Folders
in to the correct horizontal position for the box width.

Using the handwheel shown in the photo below, wind the center ski downwards until it is above the folded
minor flaps by 1/8”. The
Snap Folders
will now be positioned at the correct height for flap folding.
NOTE: Depending on case fill, weight and dimensions, it may be necessary to make minor
adjustments to the settings for the best performance.
