Restaurant kit (WD-90GR Flex)

Kit for customers with a mix of items typical of a restaurant. For customers with a
large number of gastronorm containers in smaller sizes: 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 or 2/8. There
is the option of washing lightly soiled loads in plastic washing baskets.

Square cassette

Cassette with supporting sides for all types of washing. The items are positioned
in the cassette so that they do not move during the wash cycle. 1 grid holder is
supplied with the machine.

Square cassette WD209.7276

Support frame

The supporting side (3 are supplied with the machine) is positioned on the base
of the cassette and used for washing lids, chopping boards, baking trays and oth-
er items. The items are placed between the supporting sides. The sides are re-
movable and the distance between them can be adjusted to fit the items being
washed. To remove the sides, push them together from the side and lift them up.
