Instructions for use

(15) WEAK SIGNAL FROM
PHOTOCELL END LIMIT -
CLEAN PHOTOCELL

There is dirt on one of the photo-
cells (15) at the outfeed.

Clean the photocells. The alarm in the display
will disappear after cleaning.

(47) HACCP ALARM PUMP
FUNCTIONALITY DEFECT -
PRESS RESET

One of the pumps is not working.

Reset the alarm by pressing button (9). Contact
service personnel.

The water level in one of the
tanks is low. The outlet seals
(29, 30) are not closed. The rub-
ber sleeves are not sealing
against the bottom plate.

Close the outlet seals. Check the rubber
sleeves. Reset the alarm using button (9).

(64) HACCP-LARM FELAKTIG
TEMPERATUR I TANK - TRYCK
RESET

The washing temperature in one
of the tanks is too low.

Reset the alarm by pressing button (9). Contact
service personnel.

(67) HACCP ALARM WRONG
TEMPERATURE IN BOILER -
PRESS RESET

The temperature in one of the
booster heaters is too low.

Reset the alarm by pressing button (9). Contact
service personnel.

(72) HACCP ALARM WASHING
DETERGENT FUNCTIONALITY
DEFECT - PRESS RESET

The detergent has run out.

Check and fill with new detergent. Reset the
alarm by pressing button (9).

(78) HACCP ALARM FINAL
RINSE DEFECT - PRESS RE-
SET

The water stopcock is closed.
The rinse nozzles (19) for the fi-
nal rinse are blocked.

Open the stopcock. Clean the nozzles. Reset
the alarm by pressing button (9).

Reset the alarm by pressing button (9). Start the
feed by pressing button (5).

the alarm by pressing button (9). Contact service
personnel.

(30) TIMEOUT FILLING OF
TANKS - PRESS RESET

The water stopcocks are closed.
The outlet seals (29, 30) are not
closed. The rubber sleeves are
not sealing against the bottom
plate.

Open the stopcocks. Close the outlet seals.
Check the rubber sleeves. Reset the alarm us-
ing button (9).

(31) TIMEOUT HEATING
TANKS AND BOILERS - PRESS
RESET

Reset the alarm by pressing button (9). Contact
service personnel.

Close the door and start the feed by pressing

The outlet seal is not closed. The
outlet seal's rubber sleeve is not
sealing against the bottom plate.

Close the outlet seal. Check the rubber sleeve.

The outlet seal is not closed. The
outlet seal's rubber sleeve is not
sealing against the bottom plate.

Close the outlet seal. Check the rubber sleeve.
