Operating instructions

Positioning gastronorm canteens

The canteens must be pushed down into the guides in the cassette. If smaller
canteens are being washed, the dividers (B) must be fitted and locked into the
frame.

Fixed guides (A) for large canteens. Dividers (B) for smaller canteens.

Canteens which are 200 mm deep are placed in the middle, opposite one another.
