Using
Before first Use
Dispose of packaging material or store it in a safe place. There is
risk of suffocation for small children!
Please insert the rechargeable batteries into the battery compart-
ment (1) as shown on the right-hand picture. Pay attention to the
proper polarity. The polarity is printed inside the battery compart-
ment.
Scope of Delivery
The delivery scope of the solar cascade fountain contains the
flagon, the solar module, a battery charger, and a water pump with
illumination.
Working Principle
Place the solar cascade fountain on a location and make sure
sunlight is shining directly on the solar module. Thus, the recharge-
able batteries can be charged.
Assembling
Hang the Fountain assembly to a wall at the desired position.
Make sure direct sunlight shines on the solar module.
Connect the power cable of the pump to the PUMP socket (8) on
the solar panel. Connect the power cable of the illumination tot he
LIGHT socket (7) on the solar panel.
Fill the tub of the fountain with water. The pump must be fully
covered with water. Please note that the pump will be destroyed
when run dry! If too much water is spilled over the edge tub or
evaporates on hot summer days fresh water should be added to
keep the pump submerged.
