Technical Data
Keep the work lamp out of reach of small children and persons in need of
supervision.
Do not immerse the work lamp in liquids and do not use the unit in explosive
environments.
Do not expose the work lamp to high temperatures, strong vibration and high
level of humidity. Avoid strong mechanical stress and make sure the work
lamp has safety stand while operation.
Do not jam the cord around edges and keep it away from hot surfaces.
Use this work lamp only with the intended illuminant. The intended illuminant
is a 2D fluorescent tube 230 V 28 W.
Always pull the power plug before changing the illuminant or cleaning
the unit. Do not pull the power cord but grasp the plug to unplug from
power mains.
Change a defective illuminant immediately.
Do not use the lamp if the cable, the plug, or the work lamp itself has been
damaged. Replace a broken cover immediately.
Do not cover the lamp while it is turned on.
The lamp is water protected (IP44). Do not use the work lamp continuously
outdoors.
Do not clean the lamp with solvents or abrasives.
Do not disassemble the unit and do not try to repair it yourself. The unit does
not contain parts serviceable by you.
Before first Use
Unpack the work lamp and dispose of packaging material. Do not leave packag-
ing materials in the range of children. Plastic bags etc. may become dangerous
toys for children.
Unwind the power cord (6) and insert the plug into a wall socket. To switch off the
work lamp, unplug from power mains.
If necessary you can mount the work lamp by means of the holes in the feet (4)
on a firm surface.
Use this work lamp only with the intended illuminant, a 2D fluorescent tube 230 V
28 W. A replacement illuminant can be ordered from Westfalia under the article
number 56 76 51.
