Boiling
1. Always ensure that the boiling bath is filled with water and that the correct water level is
maintained. A slow running supply of water is mandatory for topping up for losses dues
to steam.
2. Switch the mains electrical supply ON and allow the water to boil.
3. For temperatures exceeding 60°C, the bath should be used with a lid to achieve
and maintain boiling.
ATTENTION:
Do not switch on or use unless the bath is filled with water. Surfaces may be hot
to the touch.
Fault condition
A fault condition will occur if the boiling bath is allowed to boil dry. The bath is fitted with a
non-resetting safety cut-out which will only operate once.
1. Turn the unit OFF and allow it to cool before moving.
2. Contact Westlab Pty Ltd on 1800 358 101 and speak to a technician.
ATTENTION:
Always use the constant level device to maintain liquid level.
