USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

This appliance is permanently lubricated and will not require additional
lubrication for the life of the unit. There are no user serviceable parts inside
the unit. Servicing by our Authorized Service Center is required to avoid
damage to internal components.

Cleaning

Always turn the Heater/Fan Dial to the OFF position, turn the Thermostat
Dial to LOW and unplug from the electrical outlet before cleaning your
Heater. Accumulated dust may be removed from the Heater with a soft cloth
or vacuum cleaner using the dusting brush attachment. Interior dust can
often be removed by using a vacuum cleaner in its blower mode with a
crevice attachment.

Your Flat Fan Heater may also be cleaned with a cloth that has been
moistened with a solution of mild detergent and water. Dry the outside of
the unit thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth before operating.

CAUTION: DO NOT immerse Heater in water or allow water to drip into

the Heater housing, as this could create an electric shock hazard.
NEVER use gasoline, benzene, thinner, etc., as these chemicals will
damage the unit.

Storage

1. Allow Heater to cool before storage. Never store the Heater while it is

hot or still plugged in.

2. Gather the cord in loops and secure with a twist tie to store. Never let

the power cord come in contact with sharp edges or get compressed by
heavy objects.

3. Never wrap cord tightly around appliance. Do not put any stress on cord

where it enters the unit, as this could cause cord to fray and break.

4. Store the Heater in its box or in a clean, dry place.
