them heating up and boiling for 3-5 minutes with the lid

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning, please switch off the power.
2. Then take out the inner pan, and firstly use the
household detergent for cleaning, and then rinse it with
clean water, at last use the dry cloth to wipe them dry.
3. The following parts should be included when cleaning:
gallbladder, pressure-limiting valve, anti-blockage cover,
releasing pipe and float valve.
Cleaning of Gallbladder
: Take hold of the support cover
tightly and pull upside. After finishing cleaning it, press
the support cover to the supporting axle in the middle.
and check if the space between the gallbladder and the
inside margin of the lid is even or not, then it can be
used next time. Please note that it can’t be put inversely.
Cleaning of anti-blockage cover
: Pull out the anti-
blockage cover upwards, and then press it down after
cleaning.
Cleaning of float
valve
: Move slightly
the float valve core
up and down with
hand , also remove
the food particles in
the seal ring of the
float valve and clean
them with water.
Cleaning of exhaust valve:
Lift
up the exhaust valve, and clean
it with water. Then place it back
to the exhaust valve holder.
4. Every time after using, please dump away the water
stored in the water collecting box, and then clean it with
water, install back the box after wiping away the water
spot.
5. Don’t immerge the whole body into the water for
cleaning.
6. Please don’t use the metal wire or thick materials to
wash the inner pan in order to avoid the abrasion of
nonstick coat of the inner pan.
CAUTION: Never use solvents and abrasives, hard brushes,
metallic or sharp objects for cleaning. Solvents are harmful
to health and attack the plastic parts. Abrasive cleaners and
tools scratch the surface.

use and maintenance of the equipment. Keep these
instructions for future reference and pass it on with the
device.

and in this instruction manual.
3. Use the device only for its intended purpose. Improper
use may lead to hazards.
4. This device is designed for household use only, not for
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working
environments, farm houses, by clients in hotels, motels
and other residential type environments, bed and
breakfast type environments use. It is not suitable for
commercial use.
5. In the event of improper use or wrong operation, we do

6. The use of accessories and components not expressly
recommended by the manufacturer may result in injuries

Power supply
1. The mains voltage must match the information on the
rating label of the device.
2. The power plug is used as the disconnect device. Please
be sure that the power plug is in operable condition.
3. Only removing the power plug can separate the device
completely from the mains supply.
4. Avoid damages to the power cord that may be caused
by kinks or contact with sharp corners.
5. Make sure, the device, including power cord and power
plug are not exposed to hot surfaces.
6. Only unplug from the power outlet by the plug itself. Do
not pull on the cord.
7. Disconnect the power plug when the device is not
in use, in case of malfunctions, prior to attaching
accessories and prior to each cleaning.
8. If the power cord or the casing of the device is damaged
or if the device is dropped, the device may not be used
before it is examined by a professional electrician.
9. A damaged power cord may only be replaced by the
manufacturer or a workshop commissioned by the
manufacturer or by a similarly qualified person in order
to avoid hazards.
Installation location
1. Place the device on a flat, sturdy and heat-resistant
surface.
2. Put the device in a place which is out of reach of
children.
3. Do not operate this device near flammable materials
(e.g. curtains, textiles, walls) and never cover it. Ensure
that there is always a sufficient safe distance from
flammable materials.
4. Use this device in dry indoor areas only and never
outdoors.
5. Warning: Do not use this device near water or heavy
moisture; e.g. in a damp basement or beside a
swimming pool or bathtub.
6. In order to reduce the risk of fire and electric shock, do
not expose the device to fire (fireplace, grill, candles,
cigarettes and so on) or water (water drops, water
splashes, vases, tubs, ponds and so on).
7. Keep this device away from all heat sources like for
example, ovens, hot plates and other heat-producing
devices/objects.
8. Protect this device from extreme heat (over 35°C) and
cold (under 5°C) as well as from direct sunlight and
dust.
Specific safety instructions
1. When moving , don’t touch the handle directly in order
to avoid the drop-out of the lid. Please lift up by the two
ears of the cooker
2. Do not touch the hot surface of appliance.
3. Please use it carefully and don’t damage the gallbladder
which can’t be replaced by other rubber ring , and also
can not use the drag washer to increase the sealing
performance.
4. Please don’t open the lid by force before the float valve
is down.
5. Please don’t put any weight on the exhaust valve which
can’t be substituted with any other materials .
6. Don’t use the wipe cloth to clog the margin between the
lid and inner cover.
7. Please try to use wooden or plastic spoon in order to
avoid abrasion in the inner pot . The inner pot can’t be
put on the other kitchen range for heating and also it
can’t be replaced by other vessels.
8. When the exhaust valve works, please keep your hand
and face away from it and don’t touch the lid to prevent
from scalding.
9. Clean the device and other accessories after each use.

SAFETY INSTALLATION
This product has 7 kinds of safety devices installed.

Safety device for opening and closing
- It will make sure
it can’t be pressed when the lid and body can’t match
well and it can’t be opened when there is pressure inside
it.
2
Pressure control safety device
- In the course of using,
when the pressure is higher than that you’ve set, the
power will cut off automatically to make sure the
pressure is stable and can be used in safety state.

Pressure-limiting safety device
- When the temperature
and pressure controller don’t work any more and exceed
the biggest pressure, the pressure-limiting valve will
exhaust automatically.

Anti-blockage
- It can prevent the food from clogging
and make sure the air will be drained smoothly.

Pressure relieving safety device
- There is elastic
structural support at the bottom of the hot plate. When
the above devices are out of work, and the pressure in
the inner pot comes up to the utmost, the inner pot will
move automatically up and down to keep it away from
the gallbladder, then the air will be drained and pressure
will be relieved around the lid to make sure that there is
no explosion of the cooker.

Temperature-limiting safety device
- When there is
nothing in the inner pan in the course of using and the
temperature is higher than the setting temperature, the
power will cut off automatically and also it can restore
automatically.
7
Over temperature safety device
- When the inside
temperature is too high, the power will cut off
automatically, but it can’t restore.
BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Carefully take the device and its accessories out of the
packaging. Retain the packaging in case you would like
to store the device away or transport it at a later date. If
you choose to dispose of the packaging, then please do
so according to the applicable legal regulations.
2. Check the packaging contents for completeness and
damages. Should the contents in the packaging not be
complete or be damaged, do not use the device. Return
it to your retail outlet immediately.
3. Clean the device and other accessories before first use.

USING THE ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER
1. Fasten upon the handle tightly and turn it clockwise,
then lift up the lid.
2. Put the food inside, and the total amount of the food
can’t be up to 4/5 of the height of the inner pan. The
total amount of the food which is easy to swell (such as
beans) can’t exceed 1/5 of the height of the inner pan.
NOTE: Don’t use the inner pan to rinse the rice in order
to avoid abrasiveness of the inner pan.
3. When cooking, the quantity of the meal which
the cooker can accommodate is 10 cups. And the
proportion rate between the water and meal is 1:1
When making the porridge, the proportion rate between
the water and meal is 8:1. And of course you can adjust
the proportion rate of the water and meal according to
your preference and cooking experiences.
4. Before putting the inner pan into the inner cover, please
clean the bottom plate and the heating plate and make
sure there is nothing on the surface. Make a few of
rotations of inner pan to make sure that it can match the
heating plate very well.
5. Close the lid. Before closing, please check the
gallbladder has been already put inside of the lid and
also rotate slightly the gallbladder support cover with
hand to make sure it is evenly put on the lid. Then take

Fuente de alimentación

6. Put the exhaust valve on the full sealed position, and
check if the float valve has been down or not.
7. Switch on the power and the light for heating will be on.
8. Set different time in accordance with the different food.
Please refer to “Cooking guide” for details.
9. Before using, turn the timer knob clockwisely to
corresponding scale, and it begins to heat up and the
knob turns anti-clockwisely meanwhile to count down
the time. For example, when the amount of the rice
takes up 3/5 of the total capacity of the cooker, the
time should be set as 27 minutes. After a while, pressure
is produced in the cooker and the float valve will be
moved up and lock the lid tightly. At this moment , the
cooker can’t be opened ( Please don’t open it with
force).
NOTE: During the course of cooking, please place
the exhaust valve well, for the air will be released
automatically if it isn’t placed correctly.
10. When it is up to the working pressure, the heating light
extinguished and the warm light is on, and also it will
turn to pressure dwell automatically. You will hear a
voice of sting when the knob automatically turn to the
position of “closeness”. The heating is finished and the
warm light is on, then the cooker enters into the heat-
preservation state.
NOTE: In the course of pressure dwell, the heating plate
will be disconnected sometimes (when it exceeds the
working pressure, the heating plate can’t be connected;
and when it is lower than the working pressure, the
heating plate is connected.) The heating light and warm
light will be on alternatively.
NOTE: In warm-keeping state, if you don’t want to
continue keeping warm, please switch off the power.
11. When you are going to open the lid and take out
the food, firstly put the exhaust valve on the correct
position to drain the air until the float valve is down.
Then switch off the power, and open the lid to take out
of the food.

Tips
•
When cooking the spoon meat (porridge, viscous pill),
it should be cooled down naturally until the float valve
is down, then can release the air. Also the wet towel can
be put on the lid to accelerate the cooling .
