WHAT IS WHAT?

NOTA!

No utilice el motor sin el refuerzo del motor o el resguardo del silenciador ya que 

ello ocasionará sobrecalentamiento y el motor se dañará.

SILENCIADOR 

Retire el silenciador y limpie el exceso de carbón del puerto de salida o la entrada del 

silenciador cada 100 horas de uso. Si encuentra corrosión en el silenciador, remplácelo.

CILINDRO (ENFRIAMIENTO DEL MOTOR)

El motor es enfriado con aire, y el aire debe circular libremente alrededor del motor y a 

través de las laminillas de enfriamiento del cabezal del cilindro para prevenir 

sobrecalentamiento.

Cada 100 horas de operación, o una vez al año (de manera más frecuente si las

condiciones lo requieren), limpie las laminillas y superficies externas del motor de polvo, 

suciedad y depósitos de aceite que puedan contribuir a un enfriamiento inadecuado.

TRANSMISIÓN DE ÁNGULO (Fig. 3-4)

Revise el nivel de grasa de la caja de cambios cada 

50 horas de uso removiendo el conector de filtro 

de grasa en el lateral de la caja.

Si  no  se  ve  grasa  en  los  flancos  de  los  cambios, 

llene la transmisión con una grasa multipropósitos 

de calidad basada en litio de hasta ¾. No llene la 

transmisión por completo. 

CUCHILLA

• Utilice una cuchilla afilada. Es más probable que una cuchilla desgastada se atasque. 

Remplace la tuerca de ajuste si está dañada y es difícil de ajustar. 

• Al remplazar la cuchilla, compre una que sea recomendada por el fabricante, con un 

orificio de 24.5mm (1 pulgada)

• Al remplazar la cuchilla, utilice herramientas apropiadas.

• Cuando los bordes de corte se desgasten, vuelva a afilarlos como se muestra en la 

figura. Si los afila de forma incorrecta puede ocasionar vibración excesiva.

•  Deseche  las  cuchillas  que  estén  dobladas,  alabeada,  rajada,  quebrada  o  dañada  de 

cualquier forma.

Utilice guantes protectores cuando manipule o le de mantenimiento a la cuchilla.
