INTENDED USE

Use the appliance only for the intended purpose. Any other use may result in

General

these instructions for future reference and pass them on to possible new owners
of the appliance.

2. Use the appliance only for its intended purpose. Improper use may lead to

hazards.

3. This appliance is intended for normal household use only. It is not intended for

outdoor use.

4. Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than described in this manual.
5. In the event of improper use or incorrect operation, we will not accept any

liability for resulting damages.

6. This appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children below

8 years of age) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed on the use
of the appliance by a person who is responsible for their safety.

7. Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children when it is in

operation.

appliance.

9. Never operate the appliance unattended.
10. Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
11. Do not immerse the main unit housing in water, as it contains electrical

components and heating elements. Do not rinse under the tap.

servicing and repairs, contact our after-sales service team to arrange a repair or
replacement.

13. Never connect this appliance to an external timer switch or separate remote-

control system.

14. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance

manufacturer may cause injuries.

15. Do not open the lid when cooking a stew, otherwise the heat will escape and it

will take longer to finish cooking.

16. Proper maintenance is required to prevent cracks and damage to the appliance.
17. Do not put frozen substances into the appliance or wash the ceramic pot with

cold water when it is very hot.

18. The appliance’s outer surfaces and inner pot may become hot during use. Wear

oven mitts or use fetching tools when handling hot components or touching hot
surfaces.
