. Without any signal being transmitted into the monitor for 4 minutesthe monitor will enter SLEEPmode.

. PressUPKey to increase value. Pressand hold the key to increase value faster.
. TIMEsetting range: 00:00~99:00 (Each increment is1:00)
. CALsetting range: 0~9990 (Each increment is10)
. DISTsetting range: 0.00~99.50 (Each increment is0.5)
. PULSEsetting range: 0-30~230 (Each increment is1)
DOWN

. PressDOWN Key to decrease value. Pressand hold the key to decrease the value
faster.

MODE/ENTER
. Choose each function by pressing MODE/ENTERkey.
. Pressand hold MODE/ENTERkey for 2 secondsto reset all functions(same feature
asthe reset key if pressfor 2 seconds).
RESET
. In setting mode, pressRESETkey once to reset the current function figures.
. PressRESETkey and hold for 2 secondsto reset all function figures.
RECOVERY
. After the console detectspulse signal, pressthe RECOVERYkey to enter recovery
mode to monitor heart rate recovery ability.
BODYFAT . Test body fat%and BMI.
TOTALRESET . Console will restart over.
