Maintenance and Cleaning
Deposits and residual adhesive on the transport rollers can influence the result of
the laminating process. Therefore, the transport rollers must be cleaned
periodically after use. Proceed as follows:
1. Insert a folded piece of paper in the pouch entry (2). Residual adhesive is
removed and taken up by the paper when ejected.
2. Repeat the process several times.
ƒ Disconnect the power plug and allow the unit to cool down for 30 minutes
before starting to clean the housing of the laminator!
ƒ Clean it with a dry or lightly moistened cloth. Do not use aggressive chemicals
or abrasives for cleaning.
ƒ Do not immerse the unit in liquids of any kind.
ƒ Store the unit indoors in a dry place that is protected from dust, dirt and
extreme temperatures.
