Servicing and Maintenance
To avoid danger of injury, always unplug the unit from the mains before
cleaning it. Do not disassemble the unit and do not try to repair it yourself. In
the case of questions or problems, contact our customer support department
Maintain the tool regularly in order to keep it in good condition. Keep the
machine clean and intact. Check the protective gear, the switch and the power
cable. Check for loose screws, bad orientation, and connection of moving
parts, incorrect assembly, broken parts and any other factor which might
prevent safe operation. Turn the machine off immediately if it produces
unusual noise or vibration. If the unit shows signs of damage, do not continue
using it, but have it repaired by a professional or contact our customer support
department.
Wipe dust and grime from the ventilation holes. Keep the machine clean, dry
and free of oil and grease. Use only mild soaps and a damp cloth to clean the
machine, as some cleaning agents, such as benzene or abrasives, can
damage the plastic parts and electrical insulation. Do not use highly-
inflammable or flammable solvents near the machine.
After prolonged running, remove the cover on the back side and clear out the
accumulated dust as shown in diagram below.
