Operation
Resistance Measurements
Attention! Under no circumstances conduct resistance measure-
ments on voltage carrying circuitry!
1. Connect the black measuring cable to the COM input (6)
and the red measuring cable to the V/ Ω / input (5).
2. Then set the rotary function switch (3) to the desired
measuring range (2000 Ω or 200 K Ω ).
3. Connect the measuring cables to the resistor you intend to
test.
Read the result from the display.
Please Note:
ƒ When taking measurements in the range under 200 K Ω it
can take several seconds before a stable value is reached.
ƒ If the measuring range is exceeded, a “1” is displayed as
overflow indicator.
ƒ Keep the measuring tips clean to ensure a good connection.
