Using
Before first Use

Remove the screwdriver and all accessories out of the
packaging.

Check all parts for damage in transit and do not use
damaged accessory or a damaged tool. Keep packaging
materials out of reach of children. There is risk of suffoca-
tion!
Intended Use
The screwdriver is intended for driving in and loosening
screws in wood, metal, ceramic and plastics.
Charging the Battery
1.
Before using the screwdriver for the first time, fully
charge the Ni-Cd battery for approx. 11 hours.
2.
Connect the power supply adaptor (7) to the charging
socket (5) of the screwdriver and plug the power adaptor
into a wall socket. The red LED (6) shines during charg-
ing.
A completely drained battery will take approx. 11 hours to
charge. During charging, the handle of the screwdriver
becomes warm. This is normal and no reason for con-
cerns.
Inserting the Tool Bits
Tool bits can either be directly inserted into the magnetic
hexagonal chuck (1) of the screwdriver or into a separate bit
holder that is optionally available.
Bits must be at least 25 mm long.
