To splice the Wire
1. To splice two wire end
together, clamp both
ends in the clamping
hooks, as shown in the
picture on the right.
2. Move the lever several
times until the wire
ends are tensioned enough and can be securely connected. Fix the
wire end and remove the wire stretcher.
To stretch the Wire around a Post
1. Hook as much wire as
necessary into the clamp-
ing hook and wrap the wire
around the post.
2. Tension the other end of
the wire and clamp it into
the second clamping hook
on the wire stretcher, as
shown in the picture. Make
sure the wire stretcher is positioned against the post.
3. Move the lever several times in order to stretch the wire.
Maintenance and Cleaning

Do not undertake any work on the winch while the wire stretcher is
under load.
▪
For safe and reliable function the moving parts must be free from
foreign objects, clean and well lubricated with grease.
▪
Have all repairs be carried out by a professional!
