Replacing the Grinding Stones

1. For replacing the grinding stones, pull the cover from the

housing and remove it.

2. Take out both grinding stones.
3. Insert the new grinding stones

into the holder. Make sure the
coarse grinding stone in placed
on the left side and the fine
grinding stone on the right side
of the housing.

4. Re-attach the cover and close it

firmly. Replacement grinding
stones can be ordered under
the article no. 81 62 14.

Cleaning and Storing

Clean the surface of the knife sharpener with a lightly

moistened cloth only. Do not immerse the knife sharp-
ener into water and do not clean the unit with abrasives
or aggressive chemicals.

Store the knife sharpener out of reach of children.
