Troubleshooting
A picture cannot be
transferred. Only use picture formats that
are compatible to the Digital
Photo Frame.
The pictures appear
too dark on the dis-
play. Adjust the brightness to a
higher level.
Brighten up the pictures with
appropriate editing software.
The device automati-
cally switches off after
some time. Disable the automatic power
off function.
Recharge the battery.
A connection to the
computer cannot be
established. Pay attention to the list of
supported operating systems.
Use a shorter USB cable.
Use a different USB cable.
Use a different USB port on
your computer.
Activate the auto start feature
for CD/DVD drives on your
Windows computer.
The device cannot be
switched on. Recharge the battery.
Reset the device.
