Using
Lowering the Vehicle
Make sure that no persons or obstacles are near the vehicle before lowering it.
Open the release valve (7) slowly in order to make sure that the vehicle is low-
ered slowly. Open the release valve only with the pumping handle and do not use
any tool such pliers in order not do damage the release valve.
Please note : Open the release valve by turning not more than one turn at the
utmost. If the vehicle is lowered, remove the floor jack. Press the saddle with your
foot down in order to lower the floor jack completely.
If the lifting arm (4) does lower completely, there might be air in the system.
Before using the floor jack next time, carry out bleeding process.
Overload Valve and Safety Valve
For additional safety the floor jack is equipped with an over-
load valve and a safety valve (8) which are adjusted by
factory.
Never intend to adjust these valves.
Maintenance, Cleaning and Storing
The overload valve and the safety valve (8) of the floor jack are adjusted by
factory to make sure that maximum load of 2.25 T is not exceeded. The floor jack
will not lift up heavier load. Never adjust these valves. Adjustments have to be
made by hydraulic professional services only.
Fill in oil, if only the hydraulic is lowered. Please note: Too much oil will stop the
function. Use only hydraulic oil. Never use brake fluid or other liquids. Check the
floor jack before and after each use if there is oil leakage.
All moving parts have to be lubricated regularly. Use only acid-free lubricants.
Do not store the floor jack outdoors and keep it away from moisture, cold and
heat. Lower the floor jack completely before storing it.
When using the floor jack for the first time after long storing period, first remove
dirt and then lubricate all moving parts with an oily cloth or spray.
