DC Voltage Measurements
•
Connect the black measuring cable to the COM input (7) and the red
measuring cable to the V/ Ω input (6).
•
Then set the rotary function switch (4) to the desired measuring range
(V / 600 V).
•
Connect the measuring tips parallel to the circuitry and observe correct
polarity (Red to plus; black to minus) and read the voltage from the display.
•
Is a minus symbol appears in the display, correct the polarity.
•
Please make sure not to exceed 600 V.

Resistance Measurements
Attention! Under no circumstances conduct resistance measurements on
voltage carrying circuitry!
•
Connect the black measuring cable to the COM input (7) and the red
measuring cable to the V/ Ω input (6).
•
Then set the rotary function switch (4) to the desired measuring range
( Ω / 20K or 2M).
•
Connect the measuring cables to the resistor you intend to test.
•
Read the result from the display.
