Tie Down
1. Guide the belt through the slot A and pull tight. To tense the
belt, move the handle B back and forth until the belt is tight.
2. To lock the belt, fold the handle B down.
Release
1. Flip the handle B up. Pull the lock C back and hold it.
2. The handle B must be folded open until it is horizontal and
the lock is open. Now the belt can be loosened and pulled
out
