ATTENTION: if the inverter is LOCKED, no supply voltage on the AC-OUT output, due to one of the three
anomaly conditions indicated in Tab. 1, a RESTART of the appliance is required, using the ignition
switch).
POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
•
On-grid light off and AC-IN mains symbol on the flashing display
-> Check the input voltage and AC-IN wiring of
Leonardo PRO X.
•
No output voltage EPS-OUT
-> Check the wiring of the AC-OUT connector. Check if the Energy Manager has
both the
INVERTER
and
CHARGER
LEDs off.
•
Both the "INVERTER" and "CHARGER" LEDs off
-> Reset the inverter by performing the procedure as per the
manual. With the inverter off, turn only the DC witch of the batteries and check that the INVERTER LED lights
up. Check the integrity of any DC protection fuses. If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact
Western CO technical support.
•
CHARGER LED always off
-> Check the AC wiring to measure the PV power produced.
•
STATUS led off.
Perform inverter reset as per manual.
•
STATUS 1 green LED + red flashing
-> The BMS of the LITHIUM battery detects the charged battery and the
charge function AC CHARGE is disabled, wait for the discharge.
•
STATUS green LED + 2 red flashes
-> The BMS of the LITHIUM battery detects low battery and the INVERTER
delivery function is disabled, wait for the recharge
•
“WBM INVALID DATA” error + beep on the display:
Check the connection of the CAN communication cable of
the battery.
•
Display and LEDs off:
check the connection of the VE-BUS cable (internal control bus).
