Power and CPU module (RFI-BM-01)
Description
Regardless of RedFox model, all units will be delivered with a Power and CPU module in
the slot on the far left. The RFI-BM-01 power and CPU module consists of one power
board and one CPU board. The isolated power supply has redundant power inputs
and allows for an wide operating voltage range (see interface specification). The digital
IO-port can be used for monitoring the unit (see RedFox management guide).
The CPU board holds several interfaces. Two RJ-45 connectors with support for
Ethernet 100BaseTX, a USB port for easy save/load system configuration and a console
port for management through serial cable. Use SSH or the Westermo serial diagnostic
cable (1211-2027) when connecting to the console port.
