NOTE
If the Ethernet function is not used, the protective dust cap which is part of the
delivery must be closed to protect the interface from water or dust ingress.
3.4.4
Antenna Ports
The antenna connectors are identified on the product with A1 to A3. QMA industrial standard
connector is used.
A1 and A2 are used for LTE communication. Both antennas ports must be used and connected to
external LTE antennas.
A3 is used for the included GNSS receiver. The antenna port must be connected to an external GNSS
antenna.
NOTICE
Any unused antenna ports must be properly terminated with 50-Ohms, otherwise
the device might be damaged when power is applied to a non-terminated antenna
port.
NOTE
To ensure specified IP protection, suitable QMA connectors / cables and
terminations must be used.
