Moreover, when the FDN is unlocked, PIN2 is required to write in the FDN phonebook.

for the <type> parameter, all values are allowed from 0 to 255, but the MSB will
be set to 1 in all
cases (example: a <type> value of 17 will be written as
145).
<text>

NOTE 1:
For the <text> parameter all strings starting with “80” , “81” or “81” are
considered in UCS2 format. See the APPENDIX E (Coding of Alpha fields
in the SIM for UCS2).
NOTE 2:
The +CSCS (Select Character set) command does not affect the format
for phonebook entries.
