+ICF – DTE-DCE character framing
Description:
This command is used to determine the local serial port start-stop (asynchronous)
character framing that the DCE uses.
Syntax:
AT+ICF= <format>, <parity>

NOTE 1:
setting a character framing different from 8N1 will disable autobauding
(in the case it was activated). However setting it back to 8N1 will not
re-enable autobaud.
NOTE 2:
setting the framing to 8N1 will let the autobauding enabled, if it was already
enabled (implying framing was already 8N1).
