2.3 DDR3 SO DIMM Installation
2.3.1 Install DDR3 SO DIMM
Install the DDR3 SO DIMM with the following steps
You can upgrade your system memory capacity to improve system’s performance
by adding additional memory. It would help to enhance system ability to run more
programs simultaneously.
Step 1
Hold the module at a 25-degress angle to the socket and slide it into place.
Step 2
Press the top of module down until it locked into place.
Step 3
The small side latches would snap around the module.
NOTE
Good contact must be made between the module and the socket,
there are 3 key points must be noticed when inserting the module.
