L' affettatrice WESCO e i suoi
accessori sono stati costruiti secondo
la
Direttiva Macchine 98/37 CEE ,
per rispondere ai requisiti richiesti
dalla legislazione alla data di
costruzione.
Caratteristiche fondamentali sono la
facilita' di pulizia, la robustezza della
costruzione, la sicurezza e l'affi-
dabilita' di funzionamento.
I materiali utilizzati, alluminio anodiz-
zato, acciaio inox e materie plasti-
che, sono stati scelti nel rispetto
delle normative igienico sanitarie, per
rendere la macchina inalterabile nel
tempo.
Le normative che regolamentano la
costruzione sono:

La Dichiarazione CE di Conformità,
lo schema elettrico sono allegati
al presente Manuale che, per una
corretta installazione e utilizzo
della macchina, consigliamo di
leggere attentamente.

The WESCO slicing machine and
its accessories are manufactured
in accordance with the
EEC 98/37
Machinery Directive.
They meet all legislative require-
ments valid at the date of manufac-
ture.
Its principle characteristics are easy
cleaning, robust manufacture, safe
and reliable operation.
The materials utilized, anodized
aluminium, stainless steel and
plastics have been selected with due
regard to hygiene regulations and
ensure that the machine has a long
life.
The regulations applicable to its
manufacture are the following:

formity and the circuit diagram
are delivered together with the
instruction manual, that we
