If required, a wire guard can be screwed on (accessory).
7.1 Opening of the Ex d housing
Caution
• Do not open the light fitting under a live voltage!
• After disconnecting the power, observe the prescribed waiting time before
opening it.
• Power is only to be switched on when the housing is closed and it has been
ensured that all explosion protection measures have been taken.

Unscrew the M5 set screw.
Installation position as required
Connection L1, N 0.5 … 2.5 mm² single, fine and multi-wire
(stripped length 8-9 mm)
Protective conductor
connection inside : 0.5 … 2.5 mm² single, fine and multi-wire
Ready-for-use / unassembled
outside : 4 mm², max. torque 2 Nm
Special seal Ex d case thread M130*2, secured with M4 hexagon socket
set screw DIN 914
Cable entry 1 x M20 x 1.5 Ex-screwed cable glands
1 x M20 x 1.5 Ex-vent plug, Ex-Metal cable entry possible
Follow the installation manual of the cable glands!
