KNOW YOUR BENCH GRINDER
TOOL PURPOSE
This bench grinder features two 6-inch grinding wheels for sharpening dull blades, wood chisels, knives, scis-
sors, carving tools, axes and more. Refer to the following diagrams to become familiarized with all the parts and
controls of your bench grinder. The components will be referred to later in the manual for assembly and operation
instructions.
A. Locking Knob: Used to adjust the position
of the eye shield.
B. Eye Shield: Transparent shields to protect
you from debris during operation.
C. Spark Deflector: Protects you from sparks
during operation.
D. 36-Grit Coarse Grinding Wheel: Used to
quickly remove material.
E. Tool Rest: Used to support the workpiece
during grinding.
F. Wheel Cover: Covers the grinding wheel
to protect you from accidental contact and
provides quick access for maintenance.
G. Power Switch: Use this switch to turn the
bench grinder ON and OFF.
H. Inner Wheel Cover: Covers the grinding
wheel to protect you from accidental
contact.
I. 60-Grit Grinding Wheel: Used for
medium material removal and general
purpose grinding.
