Operation
Interchangeable massage heads
• The device comes with 4 interchangeable massage heads. To change
massage heads, first make sure the device is switched off. Pull out the current
massage head and insert the desired massage head.
A. Ball head - suitable for waist, back and other large muscle groups.
B. Precision head - suitable for palms.
C. Flat head - suitable for neck, spinal area and tendons.
D. Dual head - relaxes and shapes various muscle parts.
E. Spare rubber rings - to replace the rubber ring on the massage head if required.
Using the device
• Press and hold the button to start the device and it will automatically start
on the lowest speed setting.
• Press the button to increase/decrease the speed setting. The speed
indicator will light up corresponding to the current speed setting. There are 5
speed settings built-in the device. Press the button repeatedly to change
the speed from low to high, then once at highest speed it will change from
high to low.
• To stop the massage process, press and hold the button. The device will
also automatically turn off after 15 minutes.
Adjusting the massage angle
• Ensure the device is first turned off before adjusting the massage angle.
• Press and hold the angle adjustment button, adjust to desired angle (0, 45 and
90 degrees). Once on desired angle, release the angle adjustment button.

Replacing the rubber ring
• Remove the current rubber ring from the massage
head and replace with the spare rubber ring.
