Viewing and editing cooking profiles

Select the 'cookbook' symbol from the main menu screen.

Select the 'all menus' symbol.

Select the 'edit cookbook' symbol.

Use the up/down scroll arrows on the right side of the screen to find the
cooking profile, for example 'ITALIAN SUB x 1'.
Select the 'view/edit cooking profile' symbol.

View or adjust the cooking profile as required.
See 'Development Mode' for details.
