10.5 Checking and updating the flap control

easyTouch appliances

Check whether the flap control has been activated.

■

When opening the appliance door, the air-intake flap

must open.

■

When closing the appliance door, the air-intake flap

must close.

If necessary, activate the flap control in Service mode

under 'IDM' with 'C12/C13' as follows:

■

C12 at 300 --> activate

■

C13 at 930 --> air-intake flap opens when the appli‐

ance door is open.

Standard appliances

Check whether the flap control has been activated. To

do so, briefly start a cooking profile.

■

When opening the appliance door, the air-intake flap

must open.

■

When closing the appliance door, the air-intake flap

must close.

If necessary, activate the flap control in the 'C12/C13'

service programs as follows:

■

C12 at 300 --> activate

■

C13 at 930 --> air-intake flap opens when the appli‐

ance door is open.
