7.2 Basic operating sequence
Requirements
Check that the following requirements have been met:

The hood has been cleaned properly.
■
The baffle filter must be properly in place.
■
The hood is connected to the mains power supply and hence ready to run.

Basic operating sequence
1.
Switch on the combi oven.
Result:
The hood is in standby mode (factory preset).
2.
Place the food in the combi oven and start a cook‐
ing program.
Result:
The hood runs with the maximum fan extraction
rate while the appliance door is open in order to
condense and extract the steam.
10 seconds (factory preset) after closing the appli‐
ance door, the hood switches back to fan speed 1.
3.
The cooking program has finished completely.
Result:
10 seconds before the cooking time ends, the hood
switches automatically to full fan extraction rate.
4.
After using the combi oven and at an oven temper‐
ature below 90 °C, the hood switches off automati‐
cally (factory preset).
