9.10 Removing and refitting oil pump

Observe notes on servicing [ch. 9.1].

Removing

Close fuel shut off devices.
Unplug plug 

1

.

Remove oil hoses 

5

 and pressure hoses 

4

.

Undo screws 

2

 and remove oil pump.

Refitting

Install oil pump in reverse order and:

ensure correct alignment of coupling 

3

,

ensure correct allocation of flow and return of the oil hoses.

!

NOTICE

Damage to the oil pump caused by incorrect connection

Mixing up supply and return can damage the oil pump.

Ensure correct connection of oil hoses to the supply and return of the pump.
