Troubleshooting Guide:
This guide will assist in troubleshooting common issues that one could encounter under normal operation. Before
beginning any troubleshooting or service, please remove all sources of potential energy
(trapped nitrogen pressure or trapped line pressure) if possible.

state.
(
The system set point has been set but the
“Dome Ready” indicator will not illuminate.)
1)
Hose
from
stainless
box to
Dome
Valve
is
not
connected.
2)
Ensure
all
connections
are
leak
free.
3)
Nitrogen
Bottle
pressure
is
insufficient
to
supply
required
dome
set
point.
Verify
that
the
Bottle
Pressure
warning
is
not
present
on
the
user
interface.
If
present,
replace
bottle.
4)
If
issue
is
still
unresolved,
contact
your
Weir
ARC
representative.

System will not dump pressure when
reaching “Pop Off Set point.”
1)
All
conditions
have
not
been
met
for
a
pop
off
event
i.e.
Pop
Off
Filter
Duration.
Pop
‐
off
Filter
is
an
interval
of
time,
in
milliseconds
(rounded
down
to
the
nearest
5
ms).
If
the
wellhead
pressure
stays
above
the
Pop
‐
Off
Set
point
for
Pop
‐
off
Filter,
the
system
triggers
a
pop
‐
off.
2)
Nitrogen
vent
in
bottom
of
Stainless
Box
is
clogged.
3)
If
issue
is
still
unresolved,
contact
your
Weir
ARC
representative.

Pressure sensors are not zeroed.
1)
Contact
management
to
enter
password
that
allows
zero
calibrations.
2)
If
issue
is
still
unresolved,
contact
your
Weir
ARC
representative.

Box will not power up.
1)
Check
to
make
sure
plug
is
inserted
fully
into
outlet
source.
2)
If
power
circuit
feeding
box
is
GFCI
protected,
make
sure
the
circuit
interrupter
has
not
tripped.
3)
Check
circuit
breaker
that
feeds
box
to
ensure
it
is
not
tripped.
4)
If
issue
is
still
unresolved,
contact
your
Weir
ARC
representative.
