Prüfen des Tex-Seiles:
• Kastendach und Ausfallprofil öffnen.
• Seil auf der ganzan Länge auf Scheuerstellen überprüfen. Dazu
die Anlage auch ausfahren, damit das ganze Seil begutachtet
werden kann.
• Die Seilummantelung darf nicht beschädigt sein.
• Überprüfen der Seilendbefestigungen an der Seiltrommel und
an der Seilklemme im Ausfallprofil.
• Bei Schäden –> Seilwechsel.
Weitere mögliche Verschleißerscheinigungen und Verschleißteile:
• Überprüfen des Gleiterbleches auf Ab-, Durchrieb und Einlauf-
stellen in Form von Dellen. Wenn vorhanden, Gleiter tauschen.
• Das Gleitlager ist auf Abrieb hin zu überprüfen. Ist die Kunst-
stoffschicht oder das Scotchband durchgerieben, ist das Gleit-
lager auszutauschen.
• Die Seiltrommel ist auf mechanische Beschädigungen (Risse)
und Verformungen (weggebogene Flanken) zu überprüfen.
Bei Schäden ist die Seiltrommel zu tauschen.
• Das Tuch ist auf aufgehende Nähte und festsitzende Ösen hin zu
überprüfen. Der feste Sitz des Tuches auf der Tuchwelle und im
Ausfallprofil ist zu überprüfen.
• Die Tuchfixierung im Ausfallprofil ist zu überprüfen. Bei Falten
des Tuches am Ausfallprofil, können diese durch die Tuchfixierung
beseitigt werden.
Steuerungen:
In den Bedienungsanleitungen der Steuergeräte ist sehr ausführ-
lich beschrieben, wie Sie die Funktionen der Steuerung prüfen
können.
Sollten Sie keine Bedienungsanleitung haben, können Sie diese
bei weinor anfordern.
Zusätzlich sollten folgende Funktionen der einzelnen Elemente
überprüft werden:
Windwächter:
• Das Windrad muss leichtgängig sein.
• Das Windrad darf maximal auf Windstärke 5 eingestellt sein.
Sonnenwächter:
• Messfläche des Sonnenwächter reinigen.
Regenwächter:
• Die zwei Fühler reinigen.

Checking the Tex-rope:
• Open the box roof and the drop section.
• Check the rope for chafe marks over the entire length. For this
purpose, extend the unit so that the entire rope can be checked.
• The rope sheathing must not be damaged.
• Check the rope end fasteners on the winding drum and on the
rope clamp in the drop section.
• In case of damage –> change the rope.
Additional possible indications of wear and wearing parts:
• Check the glider sheet for wear and tear and dents in the lead-in
points. If they exist, replace the glider.
• The plain bearing must be checked for wear. The plain bearing
must be replaced if the plastic layer or the scotch tape has worn
out.
• The winding drum must be checked for mechanical damages
(cracks) and deformations (bent sides). The winding drum must
be replaced in case of damages.
• The fabric must be checked for open seams and stuck eyes.
Check that the fabric has been set firmly in the fabric roller shaft
and drop section.
• The fabric fixing elements in the drop section must be checked.
If there are folds in the fabric at the drop section, they can be
rectified with the help of fabric fixing elements.
Control units:
Detailed description for checking the functions of the control units
is given in the operating instructions of control units.
If you do not have the operating instructions, you can request
them from weinor.
The following functions of individual elements should be addition-
ally checked:
Wind guard:
• The wind wheel must move smoothly.
• The wind wheel should have been set for maximum wind
force 5.
Sun guard:
• Clean the measuring surface of the sun guard.
Rain guard:
• Clean the two sensors.
