Führungsrollen und Crimpbackenschmieren
•
Die Werkzeugeinheit auf dem Werkzeug-
schlitten nach hinten drücken, abschwenken
und wieder vor ziehen.
•
Die roten Knöpfe nach unten drücken, die
Hülsenhalteinheit nach vorne kippen und
entnehmen.
•
Die 4 Führungsrollen leicht einölen.
•
Die Crimpbacken, an allen 4 Berührungsflächen
mit den Führungsrollen, mit fett schmieren.
Lubricate guiding rolls and crimping flanges
•
Push the tool unit on the tool slide to the back,
turn it downwards and pull it to the front again.
•
Push down the red knobs, turn the ferrule
holding unit to the front and remove it.
•
Lubricate the 4 guiding rolls lightly with oil.
•
Lubricate the crimping flanges, at all 4 contact
surfaces with the guiding rolls, with grease.

Haltezange reinigen
•
Fronplatte öffnen.
•
Haltezange mit Pinsel reinigen.
Clean holding tong
•
Open front panel.
•
Clean holding tongs by using a paint brush.
