Lubricate the

contact surface of the

front seal (Pos. 7), at the

sleeve (Pos. 4) and at the

sealing disc (Pos. 5) with the

WEH

Lubricant

part No. E99-4.

Lubricate the new front seal

(Pos. 7) with the

WEH

Lubricant

part No. E99-4.

Insert the new

front seal (Pos. 7) into the

seal housing (Pos. 5) and let

it slide downwards against

the sleeve (Pos. 4).

Screw the

connector housing (Pos. 1)

and the seal housing (Pos. 3)

back together.

Tightening torque

25 Nm ± 2 Nm

Connect the WEH

Connector to a test piece a number of times. Visually check the

connector for proper clamping and sealing function and that the clamping jaws

are gripping correctly.

Attention:

During the next pressure test, apply the test pressure to the connector

and media line only gradually.
