Sicherheitshinweise zum Inspizieren und Warten

- Das WEH

Produkt muss für Wartungsarbeiten drucklos sein und abgebaut werden.

Überprüfen Sie das WEH

Produkt nach den Wartungsarbeiten auf Leckage. Beachten

Sie hierzu das

Kapitel 7. Installieren auf Seite 48

- Zum Zweck der Inspektion ist es nicht notwendig, dass das WEH

Produkt abgebaut

wird, es muss allerdings drucklos sein.

Verwenden Sie nur Original WEH

Ersatzteile. Diese sind auf den Anwendungsfall

genau abgestimmt und unterliegen strengen Qualitätskontrollen.

Beschädigen Sie keinesfalls Dichtflächen oder Dichtungskomponenten.

Kontrollieren Sie vor jeder Wiedermontage die Bauteile, Gewinde und falls vorhanden

die Dichtflächen auf Beschädigung und Verunreinigungen. Stellen Sie Beschädigungen

fest, tauschen Sie das WEH

Produkt aus oder schicken Sie es zur Wartung an WEH

ein. Das WEH

Produkt darf nicht mehr verwendet werden.

Halten Sie Das WEH

Produkt und die WEH

Ersatzteile absolut öl-, fett- und staubfrei.

Achtung:

Verunreinigungen im Gaskanal können einen Sauerstoffausbrand

verursachen.

Reinigen Sie vor der Wiedermontage das WEH

Produkt und die entsprechenden

Bauteile durch Abblasen mit ölfreier Druckluft und entfernen Sie anhaftenden

Schmutz mit einem feuchten, weichen und fusselfreien Tuch.

Verwenden Sie hierzu keine Lösemittel, sondern ausschließlich klares Wasser als

Reinigungsmittel.

Achtung:

Verwenden Sie zum Abblasen des Schmutzes nur ölfreie Druckluft.

Hinweis:

Achten Sie darauf, dass kein Reinigungsmittel in den Gaskanal gelangt.

Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Chemikalien auf Mineralölbasis. Diese können das

WEH

Produkt verunreinigen und beschädigen.
