3 TERMINALS CRIMPING
INSTRUCTIONS
Wire Sizes / Crimping Tool Recommendations
5.1 mm
0.5 ... 1.4 mm 2 / 20 ... 16 AWG
Recommended crimping tool: TE 58529-1.
The correct wire crimping is shown below:
Wire strand ends must
be visible in this area
Wire strands and insulation shall
both be visible
Ends of insulation
barrel must be
wrapped around
wire insulation
leaving no sharp
points to damage

4 ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
Before assembling, the wedge lock must be in the open,
or as-shipped, position.
