on and the spark plug, sparks correctly. 

 

Compression of the engine is adequate. (service dealer assistance required to diagnose) 

 

FAILURE TO START 

 

Correctly follow the star

ti

ng procedure, not se

tti

ng the choke lever or priming the engine can cause  it not start. 

 

Ensure that fuel is fresh and clean. Dispose of fuel from the tank, par

tic

ularly if over 30 days old. 

 

Install a new, properly gapped spark plug. 

 

When there is serious trouble with the unit, have your local approved service dealer inspect it for you.
