8. Drill a 1 3/4 inch (45 millimeters) hole in front
of the left-rear wheel, similar to previously
done. Protect the cut edge against corrosion
and install the rubber grommit (25).
9. Remove the A/C manifold from the TXV.
Ensure that the sealing surfaces are clean of
debris.
NOTE: Lubricate the o-rings with PAG oil
before assembly.
10.Install the tie-in block (5) between the TXV
and the A/C manifold using the supplied bolt
and o-rings.
